From October, we introduced key account management into our Lifecycle Services offering to ensure our sales experts have the tools and knowledge they need to support customers.
Our team also completed a key account manager intensive training course, arranged by the Turku Chamber of Commerce, which provided valuable tools and ideas for this approach.
Our most frequent clients have already received a letter with this update and have been introduced to their new Key Account Managers.
